Fertipaq is a start-up that reuses that elemental sulfur as a residual product, extracted from a gas stream, and converts it into a high-quality, organic fertilizer. The 99% elemental sulfur is not only unique for its biological origin, but also for its hydrophilic nature, which is created by the micro-organisms in the desulfurization process of the gas stream. Fertipaq already has current sales in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, England and China.
